Bob is IBM's AI coding environment for RPG and COBOL work on IBM i. The base plans cost $20, $60 or $200 per month. The Premium Package for i adds $40 per month, producing monthly IBM i totals of $60, $100 or $240 before overage. IBM now advertises 20 percent savings with yearly base-plan billing. Each plan includes Bobcoins that reset monthly: 50 on Pro, 180 on Pro+ and 1,000 on Ultra. Individual overage costs $0.50 per Bobcoin. IBM describes individual pricing per instance, so team buyers should confirm instance assignment and package treatment in writing.
