OTC
One-Time Charge, the upfront purchase price of a perpetual software license before any annual SWMA is added.
OTC is the number quoted for a perpetual license purchase itself. It is separate from the annual SWMA that keeps the license entitled to support and upgrades. The license price is usually smaller in year one than the multi-year SWMA total.
