OTC
One-Time Charge, the upfront purchase price of a perpetual software license before any annual SWMA is added.
OTC is the number quoted for a perpetual license purchase itself. It is separate from -- and usually smaller in year one than the multi-year total of -- the annual SWMA that keeps the license entitled to support and upgrades.
